IMPORTANT UPDATE: the deadline for abstract submission has been extended to the 10th of May.

Abstract submission of both contributed and invited papers will be open until April 30th, 2014. Abstracts should be submitted on line, using the format template that can be found either  below or in the Abstract submission link.

Abstracts must be uploaded to a database containing both abstracts and your ID data and can be updated online at will until April 30th, 2014.

Authors will be informed of abstract acceptance before the 1st of August 2014.

The abstract submission is completely separated from the registration process, but you are required to register as soon as possible. Estimated costs, financial issues and payment methods are treated during registration but its regularization will be made according to your convenience, up until the conference venue.

Abstract submission

Please use this link - Abstract submission (and also do not forget the registration procedure; to that please follow another link - Registration/Payment.  Although this link can be used to perform both registration and payment, the registration should be made whenever possible while the payment can be made at any time, up until the conference venue). It deserves to be mentioned that when required to fill in your VAT (Value-Added Tax) number, if you do not need it for accounting purposes in your country, you may fill that field with any dummy number to move forward.

The poster board dimensions will be: 95 cm (width) x 120 cm (height).
