EuPRAXIA at IST
The second EuPRAXIA Yearly Meeting, held from November 20–24, was hosted at Instituto Superior Técnico and organised by IPFN's Group for Lasers and Plasmas (GoLP). The meeting gathered more than 80 participants coming from several European Countries.
The goal of this project is to produce a conceptual design report for the world's first high energy plasma-based accelerator that can provide industrial beam quality and user areas. The Portuguese participation is ensured by GoLP.
EuPRAXIA is a project funded by the European Union. The EuPRAXIA yearly meeting at IST was sponsored by Instituto Superior Técnico and Caixa Geral de Depósitos.
