Laserlab-Portugal

Definition
Access means the opportunity to use the Laserlab-Portugal facilities for a fixed period of time (usually 2 to 4 weeks). Access is provided on the basis of scientific excellence of a proposal, reviewed by an external and independent Selection Panel. A team member provides support and guidance in using the facilities and the equipment.

Criteria for eligibility
Access is open to Portuguese and European researchers. Access for industrial users is possible in the scope of contract programmes covering specific needs of industrial innovation.

How to apply
Access to the Coimbra node takes place through the LASERLAB-EUROPE Electronic Proposal Management System. Please visit the relevant webpage for full information. Access to the Lisbon node is being implemented in the scope of the Portuguese Roadmap for Research Infrastructures. Application for laser time will follow a similar procedure to the one above.
