Farzaneh Ostovarpour joins CANMILK!

Farzaneh Ostovarpour was awarded a CANMILK grant to start her PhD! She will work on the development of surface kinetics models for methane oxidation. Farzaneh graduated from Guilan University with a bachelor's degree in Solid State Physics and did a Master's degree in Plasma Physics at Kharazmi University. Her master's thesis focused on on wave-breaking phenomena in multi ions systems with PIC simulation.

CANMILK IN TÉCNICO'S OPEN DAY 2025

CANMILK (CArbon Neutral MILK) took part in Técnico's Open Day 2025, an event designed to promote the research developed at the university, bringing more than 2,700 visitors. Throughout the day, CANMILK's researchers presented their scientific foundations and showed how their interdisciplinary research is helping to combat climate change.
