Registration Fees

In case you encounter any difficulty concerning the registration process, please send an e-mail to ecpd2019@ipfn.tecnico.ulisboa.pt.

The registration is required for all participants. The conference fee covers the expenses for participation, the book of abstracts and program, conference bag, coffee breaks, welcome reception and gala dinner.

For cancellation until one month and half before the conference, i.e. March 22, all fees will be refunded (the costs of the bank transfer will be responsibility of the participant). After March 22 no refund will be made.

The early registration closed on the 1^st of March, at midnight.

*Student fees are only valid for undergraduate, master and PhD students. A proof of enrolment should be provided.

Visa Application

You can request the invitation letter fo Visa Application as soon as your abstract is accepted.

After acceptance please send an email, with your details, requesting the invitation letter for Visa Application to ecpd2019@ipfn.tecnico.ulisboa.pt.
