LoKI - LisbOn KInetics

The LisbOn KInetics (LoKI) code is a simulation tool that couples two main calculation blocks to solve:
(i) the homogeneous two-term electron Boltzmann equation (for a pure gas or a gas mixture, including first and second-kind collisions, as well as electron-electron collisions);
(ii) the system of zero-dimensional (volume average) rate balance equations for the most relevant charged and neutral species in the plasma.
