There are several hotels in the Congress and Exposition Centre surrounding area. The Local Organizing Committee will make a reservation of slots in the hotels ahead of the conference.

ACCOMMODATION - AVAILABILITY AND CONDITION

 Room rates includes breakfast and all taxes.

- Given the limited number of rooms in each category, early booking is strongly advised.

- Hotel reservations will only be processed once payment in full has been received.

- Changes to bookings must be requested by or mail (npinto.porto@abreu.pt) .

CANCELLATION POLICIES OF THE HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Till 06/08/2010 - Total reimbursement with exception of the bank expenses.

From 07/08/2010 till 29/08/2010 - 30% will be debited from the total of the reservation plus the bank expenses.

No reimbursements will be made after 30/08/2010.
