How to reach Porto

By plane

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (Porto) is located at 11km from the city of Oporto, making it a privileged access point to this area.

Having undergone intense renovation work, the Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport has been awarded by ACI as the third Best Airport in Europe.

The airport takes up the role of primary travel hub for the north-western corner of the Iberian Peninsula and several regular and low-cost companies fly to Porto.

The airport is served by new motorways, bus and metro (line E) which connects the airport to Porto downtown.
