The fees of the accompanying person include:

• Welcome Drink on Monday, April 20^th
• Lunches on April 21^st - 24^th
• Cocktail Dinner, April 21^st and 22^nd
• Conference Gala Dinner on Thursday, April 23^rd

For cancellation until one month and half before the conference i.e. March 15, all fees will be refunded (the costs of the bank transfer will be responsibility of the participant). After March 15 no refund will be made.
